Two right-wing extremist organizations, Patriot Prayer (led and instigated by Washington state senate hopeful Joey Gibson) and the Proud Boys, are descending on the city of Portland, Oregon, in an attempt to provoke a response from their left-wing (what Gibson labels as “liberal”) adversaries. Gibson’s incitement to violence, which is not protected speech under the Constitution, has put many innocent people in danger throughout Portland. Leftists from up and down the West coast will reportedly be in attendance to fight the terroristic march through the city, and despite veiled pleas by Gibson himself at the last moment to his supporters to not kill anybody, there are pledges from Proud Boys and Patriot Prayer members online, vowing to “make the streets run with blood”.
